Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs and duty charges, which vary greatly depending on the destination country. These charges are payable by the customer upon arrival and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping charges.
Loss or Damage
Please note that Melody Swim is not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both domestic and international orders.

Additionally, Melody Swim is not responsible for replacing packages sent to erroneous or outdated addresses, as entered by the customer, so please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.
Returns + Exchanges Policy
Please review our Returns + Exchanges Policy before purchasing from the Melody Swim website. Melody Swim reserves the right to make changes to our site, products, prices, policies, terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is recommended that you review the Terms and Conditions each time you visit the Melody Swim website.
We gladly accept returns on all items received in like new condition (excluding sale items) with tags and hygienic liners in place within 60 days of the original purchase date. The customer will need to cover shipping costs if they wish to return their item.
All sale items, including clearance items and items purchased with promotional discount codes are not eligible for return. Additionally, items beyond 60 days of the original purchase date are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, email your order number and reason for return to jasmine@melodyswim.com After receiving approval for your return, please package the item securely and send it back to the address below, along with your original receipt. Please be sure to obtain a tracking number with your return to insure proof of delivery.

When returning your suit, please note the following:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Customer pays for return shipping on exchanges for online store credit
All swimwear returns must be clean with sanitary stickers (applicable to all bottoms and one pieces), unwashed and with original hang tags attached within 60 days
The original purchase receipt must be included
All sales are final on sale items
Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process
Returns not abiding by our Returns + Exchanges Policy will be returned to sender.
